We cannot be held responsible for this, so please make sure you have somebody to receive the delivery.
Q. How do I order fresh fish?
A. Please telephone us (go to contact us page) and we can discuss your needs.
Q. Is frozen as good as fresh?
A. Yes, if it is done properly and at the right time. There are many benefits to frozen seafood, fish and meats. It locks in the freshness and you will have a superior product that will be many times better than some so called 'fresh' produce. Please assume our products are frozen unless otherwise described.
Q. How do I de-frost the food?
A. Simply leave it overnight in your fridge, on a plate, and it should de-frost by the next day. The food may have de-frosted or just started to de-frost by the time it has reached you. If it has de-frosted it will have a normal shelf life from here on (keep refrigearated), slightly extended due to vacuum packaging.
