Simply soak the chunks for 1 hour prior to using in water, wine, or fruit juices. Throw 2-5 pieces (depending on taste) onto your hot charcoal in your smoker or BBQ. These will smoke for a good while, as they are bigger than the chips or pellets. Great for a variety of food. |
